died on the 8th day of August 1941 intestate, at New Town in Tasmania:
And be it further known that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased were granted by the Supreme Court of Tasmania to
HAROLD PEASE of New Town in Tasmania contractor and
ERIC PEASE of the same place Joiner,
the sons of the said deceased.
